· Pay: Compensation is commensurate with experience, fee schedule is graduated based on insurance company and dependent of patient volume, experience, and needs.

· Location: 1540 Southeast Clinton St, Portland, OR 97202. A wonderful location located close to People’s Co-Op and New Seasons and within walking distance to public transit.

Other qualifications include:
● 2+ year of practice experience.
● Ability to work independently but also be ateam player and have a high level of professionalism.
● Excels at customer service, communicates effectively, and has strong problem-solving and operational skills.
● Seeks a long term community to practice in with a team for cross-referrals.
● Accepts insurance and is willing to be credentialed via WWAW.
● Current Oregon Massage License and in good standing with Oregon Medical Board.
● Current Malpractice/Liability Insurance andCPR certified.
● Comfortable using electronic medical records or ability learn new systems quickly.
● Knowledge and experience with SOAP notes.
● Ability to pass a background check.
